How can I track my order?
An email will be sent after order confirmation with tracking details.
what do I do if I didn't receive the shipment?
If your missing the shipment contact us within 30 days of ship date.
What if product is damaged upon receipt?
We hope everything arrives perfectly, but if product is damaged we ask you take a picture of the damage and email us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
when will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the cost of each individual box as it is shipped.
will Add-ons ship together with the subscription box?
Depending on size the Add-Ons may ship separately from the subscription box.
can I deliver to a hospital or facility?
Only home delivery is accepted. Hospitals and facilities don’t have the ability to forward packages.
