How can I track my order?

what do I do if I didn't receive the shipment?
If your missing the shipment contact us within 30 days of ship date.
What if product is damaged upon receipt?
We hope everything arrives perfectly, but if product is damaged we ask you take a picture of the damage and email us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
when will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the cost of each box at the point of order.
will add-on items purchase in the essential shop ship together with the care package?
Depending on size . We will definately combine the extra items into the custom care package.
can I ship to a hospital or facility?
Only home delivery is accepted. Hospitals and facilities don’t have the ability to forward packages.
