My Story…
Hello! My name is Karen, I am a two time cancer survivor and co-founder of Loveherhugher and I know what you or your loved one is going through is forever going to change their life. During my journey, I discovered that family and friends want to support you but don’t always know how and for this reason Loveherhugher care packages & gift was created!
Our Mission is to bring Comfort and well-being to the Survivors’ Mind, Body, and Spirit. We are committed to help cancer patients, support families, and communities who are journeying to wellness from cancer.

How can I track my order?
An email will be sent after order confirmation with tracking details.
what do I do if I didn't receive the shipment?
If your missing the shipment contact us within 30 days of ship date.
What if product is damaged upon receipt?
We hope everything arrives perfectly, but if product is damaged we ask you take a picture of the damage and email us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
when will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the cost of each box at the point of order.
will add-on items purchase in the essential shop ship together with the care package?
Depending on size . We will definately combine the extra items into the custom care package.
can I ship to a hospital or facility?
Only home delivery is accepted. Hospitals and facilities don’t have the ability to forward packages.
