Loveherhugher General Terms and Conditions of Purchasing & Products

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt of transaction. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping Policies Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, contact us within 30 days. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us by email at support@loveherhugher.com within 3 days of receiving shipment with photographs of damage.

Residential delivery is recommended.  No delivery to PO boxes please. 

Refund/Return Policy, 

EFFECTIVE APRIL 2020: 

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS WITH THE CURRENT HEALTH SITUATION OF COVID, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS.

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

LoveHerHugHer guarantees all gifts shipped will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. (Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater to the substituted product.   We will do our best to substitute within the same family of products at all times if a substitution is necessary including color variations.)

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Any complaints about items/seller may be sent to our support team: support@loveherhugher.com There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

Legalities

At LoveHerHugHer, we believe that we provide gentle, clean, safe products that are non-irritating for the skin. However it is strongly recommended that you discuss concerns with your doctor if products in the box are in question. We are not liable for any individual reaction to skin, health, or to any particular ingredients.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
